Desert of Banu Sa'd بادية بني سعد
When Muhammad ﷺ was approximately four years old, while playing with other children, two men in white garments (angels) came to him, laid him down, opened his chest, extracted a blood clot from his heart, and washed his heart with Zamzam water in a golden basin before replacing it.
أهمّية الحدث
This event — the purification of the Prophet's ﷺ heart — was a divine preparation, cleansing him of any inclination toward sin. It occurred at least twice in his life: once in childhood and once before the Night Journey (Isra wal Mi'raj). It was this event that alarmed Halimah, leading her to return the child to his mother Aminah.
Ash-Sharh, 1-3
Did We not expand for you your chest? And We removed from you your burden, which had weighed upon your back.

Sahih Muslim, #162
الراوي: Anas ibn Malik
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was visited by Jibril while he was playing with other boys. Jibril took hold of him and laid him down, then he opened his chest, took out his heart, and extracted a blood-clot from it, then said: 'This is the share of Shaytan in you.' Then he washed it in a golden vessel with Zamzam water, then put it back together and returned it to its place.”
